About The Project
I built a mockup mobile app and live website for a real client as part of a class project in order to practice my freelancing and get a grade. Since starting her own business more than 14 years ago, Elise has added an all-natural nail polish to her collection of cosmetics. Although she wants to serve clients worldwide, her company is centered in Indiananpolis. Her goods are manufactured using responsibly sourced, all-natural ingredients. She guarantees that everything they offer is natural, of the highest caliber, and skin-friendly.
What Did I Learn?
As a new freelancer in the creative field, I discovered that I do like the freedom of setting my own schedule. However, time management is crucial for fulfilling client deadlines. Although the research for this class/personal project took a while, developing a relationship with the client and her customers was worthwhile. Even though I was on my own team, I learned what it was like to actually empathize with real users.
